Listing Package Purchases

• All listing packages, Memberships (Free or Paid) allow users to submit detailed car information including phone number, location, and specifications through our submission form.

• Paid listings, especially premium packages, offer increased visibility and may receive higher traffic and inquiries.

Refund Conditions

• No Refund is offered for free or standard packages once purchased.

• Premium Packages (above ₹3000) qualify for a 100% refund under the condition if seller no longer wants our services after one week.

Refund Process

• Users/Sellers must raise a refund request via email to sarthimoto.com@gmail.com within 7 days of listing activation.

• The support team will evaluate the situation,If approved, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
