3. Payments

• Listings can be posted through paid packages, which are non-refundable except under specific conditions as stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Restrictions

• Users are strictly prohibited from uploading illegal, offensive, or duplicate content.

• Any misuse of the platform for purposes other than car listing/sale will result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

• sarthiMoto.com does not guarantee car sales for a specific number of leads.

• We are not involved in the direct transaction between buyer and seller and are not liable for any disputes that may arise.
